For hygiene reasons and to protect guests with allergies, please note we cannot accept pets in our apartments.
Please note it is not permitted to smoke in our apartments.
Arrival and departure:
Our apartments are ready for arrival at 1 pm.
On the departure day, we ask guests to vacate the apartment by 9.30 am.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your booking up to 1 month before departure. For later cancellations naturally we like to try and rent the apartment again. If we are unable to, unfortunately we have to charge for three days on your account. This also applies to late arrival or early departure. If there are serious reasons for your cancellation, we would be happy to make a special arrangement.
